Tino did an excellent job of keeping me informed during the loan process. Due to the current pricing on real estate property, we had a difficult time finding something affordable for me. Therefore, Tino would run numbers for me to see if I could afford the property or not each and every time, including when interest rates were changing. The staff was so friendly and answered each question, or concern, that I had during the process. They seemed genuinely interested in helping me find the fit for me!
